Pl4yace Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the pl4yace platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pl4yace platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must refrain from using this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and pl4yace as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The pl4yace platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. pl4yace reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify this requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the pl4yace platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The information you provide will be used for identity verification, transaction processing, and account-related communications. pl4yace reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Please follow these steps to protect your account:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including individuals claiming to be pl4yace staff.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Pl4yace will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Pl4yace users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Use of the platform is subject to the following prohibitions:
- The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to gain unauthorised access to the platform or to manipulate any game or transaction is strictly prohibited.
- Creating, using, or promoting any form of cheating, hacking, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- Any action that undermines the integrity, security, or operation of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any involvement in money laundering or illegal financing through the platform is strictly prohibited.
Pl4yace reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or closing an account and withholding the remaining balance, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated any of the above rules. pl4yace's decision in such matters is final.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the pl4yace platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. pl4yace does not accept payments from third parties on a user's behalf.
Deposits to your pl4yace account will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the payment method selected. For deposits via FPX and local e-wallets, the balance is typically credited instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment service provider.
Withdrawals to your bank account or e-wallet will be processed within the stipulated timeframe upon receipt of a complete request and successful identity verification. pl4yace reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes.
Pl4yace is not liable for any losses, charges, or delays caused by third parties, including banks, e-wallet operators, or other payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to pl4yace customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Pl4yace provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pl4yace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
All content, designs, software, logos, trademarks, and trade names found on the pl4yace platform are the intellectual property of pl4yace or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from pl4yace.
The pl4yace platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience, and pl4yace has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or approval by pl4yace of the associated content or services.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pl4yace reserves the right to suspend or close any user account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to verify identity or age; a request from the user themselves; or at pl4yace's sole discretion for operational or business reasons.
Where an account is legitimately closed, any remaining balance will be returned to the user's original payment method once all necessary investigations and verifications have been completed. However, if the closure results from fraudulent activity or a serious breach of these Terms, pl4yace reserves the right to withhold the relevant balance in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
Pl4yace reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users will be notified of material changes through available communication channels. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
